A Push-Up Challenge Among Friends and Friends of Friends

Get fit together, track progress, and crush your goals!

Challenge Rules

  1. Choose your own cadence and target - You can do whatever cadence works for you!
    Examples: 25 push-ups per day every other day, 100 push-ups daily, 50 push-ups 3 times per week, etc.
  2. Challenge period: January 5 - July 23, 2026 (200 days)
    Note: You can join whenever you want, but the challenge ends on July 23, 2026 for everyone.
  3. You can split your daily push-ups into multiple sessions
    Example: 25 in the morning, 50 at lunch, 25 at night
  4. Log your sessions honestly - this is about personal growth
  5. Support your fellow challengers!
